Motion Factor

Motion Factor is meaningful only if Motion Blur is enabled.
A low shading rate is wasted on quickly moving objects since the detail will be blured out. Setting mtion factor allows you to tradeoff between the amount of blur on an object and the shading rate. A larger motion factor will result in more coarsely sampled shaders on fast moving objects and consequently decreases rendering time.
